Join us for a flow-based yoga class that will help you develop strength, balance, and flexibility. Janet's classes are grounded in the principles of alignment and breath awareness, offering a dynamic and centering practice. She appreciates how the practice of yoga is a journey of self-discovery and internal transformation that helps to cultivate a more mindful way of living. In addition to yoga, Janet is a certified Mat Pilates instructor and teaches Yoga + Mindfulness to youth.
